DOM, Telligen and Gainwell continue to work towards resolution of the authorization issue impacting therapy providers. Unexpected delays were encountered and the fix was not in place by September 1, 2026. Claims submitted against the affected authorizations will result in claim denials. Providers will need to wait for authorizations to successfully transmit to Gainwell before submitting claims. Telligen will follow up once the issue has been corrected and authorizations have transmitted to Gainwell.
