Important Notice: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Requirement
Effective September 15, 2025, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required for all users accessing the Mississippi client in Qualitrac. All Qualitrac users must have at least one MFA verification method.
By default, existing users will authenticate via email. After email authentication, you will log in using your username, password, and chosen MFA method. For detailed instructions, please review the MFA Tip Sheet available on the Mississippi Telligen Home Page or in the Knowledge Center within Qualitrac.

Providers are strongly encouraged to verify Medicaid eligibility prior to rendering any services or submitting prior authorization requests.
