Private Duty Nursing (PDN) providers with a comprehensive overview of the prior authorization and review process. Participants will learn how to submit complete and accurate requests in Qualitrac, avoid common documentation errors, and understand the criteria used during medical necessity reviews. The session will also address common questions related to modifiers, plan of care requirements, and submission timelines. A Q&A session will follow to address any questions. Specific Review Trainings are offered at two different times for your convenience, but you only need to attend one session per topic.
