This training is specifically catered to providers who submit Hospice review types. The session will cover the authorization and documentation requirements for hospice services, including initial and recertification reviews. Attendees will learn how to submit hospice-related requests through the Qualitrac portal, navigate eligibility verification, and upload appropriate supporting documents such as physician certifications and care plans. The training will also review how to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and submit reconsiderations if necessary. A Q&A session will follow to address any questions. Specific Review Trainings are offered at two different times for your convenience, but you only need to attend one session per topic.
